The Seldoms

The Arts Work Fund for Organizational Development is a funder collaborative created to help strengthen the management and operations of small arts and cultural organizations in the six-county Chicago metropolitan region. Through grantmaking and other programs, the Arts Work Fund hopes to foster:
- Arts and cultural organizations able to meet their organizational and artistic goals,
- Greater diversity in arts organizations and their audiences,
- Investment in small arts and cultural organizations by the philanthropic community, and
- Opportunities for funders and grant recipients to engage in joint learning about areas of greatest need and ways to effectively address those needs.

The Arts Work Fund for Organizational Development is a knowledgeable conduit for foundations, corporations, and individuals who want to support the arts, as well as a source for helping funders understand areas of greatest need. Our current funding partners are:
